RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping Threads 2 Throttle!  We're committed to delivering high-quality gear inspired by old-school hot rod culture.  Since each item is custom-made just for you, please review our policy below.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because all products are printed on demand and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you receive is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We encourage you to double-check your size using the size chart provided on each product page before placing your order.

ORDER ISSUES OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or you received the wrong item, don't worry-we've got you covered.

Please contact us at (email) within 7 days of receiving your order.  Be sure to include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A description of the problem

We'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

REFUNDS

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • Your item is defective or damaged and a replacement is not possible
  • You were sent the wrong product and don't want a replacement 

Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. It may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank.

LOST PACKAGES

If your order appears lost in transit (no movement for 10+ days), contact us and we'll investigate. If the carrier confirms it's lost, we'll issue a replacement.

REFUNDS NOT ISSUED FOR:

  • Buyer's remorse / change of mind
  • Incorrect sizing (please use our size guide carefully)
  • Late shipments due to carrier delays (outside our control)
